With whom should I place my Purchase Order?
Purchase Orders should be made out to the Manufacturer. You can then send your order directly to the Manufacturer, or we can review your order and then make sure it is entered properly. Each Manufacturer will ship your order and invoice you directly.
Do you accept verbal Purchase Orders?
We do not take verbal Purchase Orders over the phone. Experience has proved that it is in your best interest to only submit written Purchase Orders.
Do you accept credit cards?
Each Manufacturer has a different policy concerning credit card orders and most do accept credit cards.
Can I order direct from the Manufacturer or do I have to buy through a distributor?
You can order direct from the Manufacturer.
Can I get no-charge samples?
Each Manufacturer has their own policy concerning no-charge samples. Generally, for qualified OEM applications most Manufacturers will allow us to give out no-charge samples for testing or evaluation.
Can you help me with my granite countertops?
